The Kindle version did not come with the access codes ...

The Kindle version did not come with the access codes for the online portion of the class. After I spoke with the customer service rep for 40 minutes, I was told that the hard cover does but not the Kindle version. You need the access codes. I have no idea what they are thinking by not including them. The digital version is not cheap, it should have them.

Incorrect info and typos galore!

Never in my life have I owned a textbook so full of errors. Really, the author and editors should be ashamed. I am normally one to keep my books forever, but I cant wait to dump this one.
